Ladders and Scaffold Towers

Working at height is becoming more and more common on construction and building sites; a wide range of tasks require your workers to be a couple of metres up in order for them to be properly completed. There are a variety of tools that you can use for these jobs, but ladders and scaffold towers remain the popular choices.

When some light work has to be done, a ladder is inexpensive and useful when used properly. However, unless their safety has been verified, ladders can be dangerous.

The same applies for scaffold towers: when used properly they are useful for working securely at height, and can accommodate the worker’s tools as well as himself to provide access when a job needs to be more thorough. If not properly checked, though, serious injuries can come from misuse of a scaffold tower.

As such, we put all our equipment through a rigorous routine of maintenance to ensure nothing falls below the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) standard of quality and safety. This means that everything you hire from us is completely safe to use; you’ll have no worries when climbing our ladders or erecting one of our scaffold towers.

Also, we hire our equipment to you, rather than selling it. This means that you don’t have to worry about long term storage once you’ve finished with a piece of equipment; let us know when you’re done and we’ll pick it up. Also, because we work on the basis of hire rather than sales, we are not obliged to charge a retail or wholesale price; these savings carry over to you, which means you don’t have to break the bank to get a good quality piece of equipment.

So if you’re in need of some gear for your construction work, give us a call or send us an email and we’ll get it sorted.
